Description

The Health Centre in Mestrino is part of an urban redevelopment project in an evolving urban area.
The healthcare facility includes a pharmacy, clinical rooms, and their respective ancillary activities.
A large architectural cube is defined by the interplay of solid and empty spaces within its openings, filled with either glass or stoneware, depending on the function of the rooms.
The modules of the curtain wall alternate between transparent structural glass panels and solid stoneware cladding on insulated honeycomb panels, creating a chequerboard pattern on the main elevations.
The high-insulation window frames feature a finish that matches the colour of the stoneware cladding.
Two glass cantilever roofs, several railings, and sunshades on some windows complete this elegant architectural project, designed to create a welcoming and functional ad hoc environment.
